"Pros: Location of the house is simply+++PERFECT. It was clean and cozy and was equiped with everything what you need to make yoy feel like in your own house. The host was very polite and frendly guay.
The garden green and well arranged and maintained with olive trees and flowers. The beach just in front of the garden was sandy, clean and most important not crowded, about the water-crystal.
Cons: The mosquitos were a little bit more intrusive, but who wants to be in nature and the greens have to be prepared."

"Pros: We travel with 3 children and we enjoyed the space, that is generous, the green yard, with vegetables and flowers, the terrace and the grill house! The location is right at the Beach, it is a very intimate place, very neat and proper, with such nice hosts, they expected us with cake and wine, they helped us with everything we needed and many more! The location is near Nea Peramos, a nice little beach town, but honestly, in the area, you can find it all! If you need something, can go at Nea Peramos, if not, can stay at the location, you can cook, can relax, you have it all! I highly recommend it!

House is very clean, beds are comfortable, there is AC so even our baby could sleep during warmest part of day, yard is enormous with playground and toys for kids, balcony is exceptional, kitchen is fully equiped, with 2 refrigerators and a freezer, external shover makes easy every swimtime, beach is litteraly few steps away, water is sooo clean, also beautiful for diving and swimming...
Everything you may need is already here, you just have to bring swimsuits and clothes, items for personal hygene and food. Nearest town is Nea Peramos (few minutes away by car) where you have 2 big supermarkets, doctors, farmacy, internet card store, everything you may need.
Owners are very nice and warm-welcoming, you may call them for anything you need.
In conclusion, we were with 4 kids and this is the very first time we truly enjoyed our holiday and rested as parents!
Cons: There's nothing here not to like!"
