"Pros: Fantastic house in the small village of Litsarda. The house has everything for a comfortable stay. Very well equipped kitchen, modern appliances, AC is every bedroom, living room and the kitchen. Plenty of balconies and a huge backyard with various flowers and a covered outdoor eating area. Easy parking: 3 parking spots behind the house gates, street parking is easy too. 15-20 minutes drive to the nearest beach. 45 minutes to Chania airport. Few nice tavernas within walking or short drive (like five minutes) distance. Great hosts, we had a small plumbing problem during our stay and it was addressed very quickly and when it was convenient for us. We loved our stay and highly recommend the place to anyone visiting Crete (and having a car). Cons: There was nothing we didn't like about the house. We had a water outage for a few hours during our almost two week stay. But this is not a house-related problem, the whole village / municipality had no water. It just happens in Crete in the summer for various reasons." ~Gleb

"Pros: It's an exceptional villa, we truly enjoyed our time there. The villa is in excellent condition. The master bedroom is spacious and very impressive. The bedroom at the lower level is spacious as well and offers a lot of privacy. There is a gym as well. The pool is in excellent condition. We loved the fact they use salt water for sanitation, no chlorine smell, one of the best pools we ever had. The villa is in the middle of a huge olive grove in a very quiet neighbourhood, but very close to amenities. I strongly recommend the villa to anyone who enjoys these qualities.
