"Pros: The property is located outside of the city of Lefkada, where it's crowded and as noisy as a touristic town can be. By outside I mean 5-7 minutes of driving out and up the hill via small roads and through the village of Frini. This is a new apartment complex and so the apartment is brand new. The apartment has two floors, where the 2nd floor includes a double bed, a sofa and another TV. The balcony overlooks the Lefkada bay (amazing view) and the small kitchen has everything you need to make your own dinner/breakfast...just don't forget to buy whatever you need. Breakfast is not included. This can be done in town prior to arrival or by driving down a couple of minutes to the nearby "Angello's Super Mini Market". So what's to like? 1. The view and location (unless you are looking for a place close to restaurants, bars and other attractions). 2. The kitchen. 3. The washing machine for those in need of one during their trip. 4. Clean. Spotless. 5. Pleasant host. If this is a pit-stop in your trip and you're looking for a nice spot to relax and recharge - this is perfect. Cons: 1. The shower is on the small side. I'm a wide-shouldered 1.84cm man and had trouble moving around in it. It's not a deal breaker in any way but if a proper shower is key for your successful vacation you may want to reconsider this one. 2. The apartment area is split between two floors which makes it "feel smaller". The staircase to the 2nd floor is not a good fit for toddlers (read: dangerous) and we had to split so that our little girl slept downstairs with her mother and I shared the 2nd floor bed with the older child. While the apartment easily holds 4 people, it fits kids in their teens best...not so much for the younger ones. 3. The WiFi router was dead on arrival, and by the time the owner came to pick it up there was nothing to be done that day. I'm sure it's a one-time thing but do check the WiFi first thing upon arrival because mobile internet is so so there." ~Guy
