"Pros: I will be completely transparent, and give a fair review with pros and cons. We have booked the pineapple apartment (3rooms) and the location is absolutely perfect, if you have a car. We had a car and we moved easily. The beach is very close and the elevator helps a lot when you travel with kids and elderly people. Also the pool was in handy when we were not in the mood to go to the beach. The house has everything one needs. The barbecue is a plus and also the garden is very beautiful. Cons: First of all we arrived at 11 pm and there was no garbage bag at all for us to be able to throw the garbage, the answer we received was that it is a self service house. Fair enough, but one bag for the first day until we get to the store?! Although Stratos got us two bags the morning of the next day. There were a lot of mosquitoes, although it is not their fault, I know there are some solutions that can be used when the mosquitoes are still larvae to exterminate them. It was impossible to use the terrace or the pool because of the mosquitoes. Then our biggest problem was the smell of the mattresses. The first nights we slept on the 2 couches in the living room. The mattresses were smelling like sweat, like a very bad feet smell, were stinking. My kid was waking up in the morning smelling like a trucker. Although the sheets were clean after a long season with a lot of high temperatures and probably people with poor hygiene the smell of sweat and feet were impregnated in the mattress. But then again Stratos changed the sheets after few days, and we appreciated although it did not last long, at least for one night we were able to sleep in the beds. I assume that they are cleaning the mattresses at the end of the season. (True fact is that although smelly the mattresses were comfortable) The furniture is a little outdated, especially the boiler that needs 30 min before using it and it was disturbing specially when we were returning from the beach and instead of showering and leaving for lunch we had to wait for the water to get hot for like 30 minutes. Assuming that the mattresses will be cleaned we do recommend the house." ~Roxana
