"Pros: We booked the Sapphire Zen Queen Suite with Shared Pool which is part of the Cool Living program that grants you access to the A-La-Carte restaurants and the infinity pool at the top of the cliff (Greco Levante). You should defentiley book the suites to be part of the program. The hotel is very peacful and quite, not crowded (especially in the cool living program area). The staff is super nice and friendly, the facilities are great with Grab N' Go drinks around the compund and all included alchoholic bevarges all day long. The hotel also offers a very cute private beach with a bar and other facilities just ~100 meters from the reception. Cons: The hotel is built on a mountain cliff which is super stip, therefore, in order to move around (especially for the suites) you need to use the shuttles/buggies which can sometimes make you wait. The food is good, nothing out of the ordinary. I would prefer if the hotel had more traditional greek cuisine." ~Guy
