"Pros: The hotel was very clean and quiet and the owner was very pleasant and welcoming with a big smile! The pool was excellent. The beds are firm but I like a firmer bed instead of a soft and spongy one so it was perfect for me. A great range of shops and tavernas close by and an ideal location if you want to be close to the main malia strip without hearing the music at night ensuring a good sleep! The cleaning lady is very friendly and a lovely woman who works hard and is amazing at her job. The garden terrace area is nice to sit and relax. The room came supplied with hand soap and shower gel. Basic cooking equipment if you wanted to self cater. A good sized fridge in the room and amazing value for money. Cons: There isn’t anything I didn’t like however I did find the WiFi to be a bit temperamental, connection by the pool and out on the garden terrace was good but the connection seemed to drop and often lost connection when inside the room. It wasn’t an issue for me as I had Data but for somebody who doesn’t have data abroad it could become a problem. It may benefit to have some extra WiFi boosters around the hotel to resolve this." ~Harry
