"Pros: very warm welcome at the reception and swift check in experience. During dinner with many options to chose from the buffet, I was met by the maitre of the hotel, I believe his name is Yannis who cared a lot about my satisfaction not only of the dinner but also of my stay. Rooms were nice, very clean and matrasses were brand new as I saw people changing the matrasses in the rooms. At night they had some good entertainment with a duo singing classic pop songs and during the day around the pool there was a lovely animation team doing all kind of water aerobics & other water sports. Overall a very lovely stay and would definitely recommend and hopefully come back soon. Cons: All was great!" ~Justin

"Pros: The best all-inclusive stay ever. And what made it really special was the people. People who genuinely care, and it shows. Be it the restaurant manager Fortini, who was really kind and caring, her staff, the entertainment group including Larissa and Taylor, and everybody else. They all are special people, and made us feel special too, especially our little one :) Cons: Our room was huge, well laid out, however could use a bit of upgrading especially the bathrooms and the mattress" ~Mayank
