"Pros: A quiet shady space, with a lovely garden, convenient for Corfu town, airport and central/southern areas of the island. The owners met us and gave us a warm welcome. 9The kitchen was well equipped and having a washing machine, plus liquid, was very useful. We enjoyed sitting on the verandah watching the light fade. There was a rather overgrown olive grove opposite which had some interesting wildlife, butterflies, and after dark there were fireflies (end of April). Car parking available on site. It's also on a bus route into Corfu town. Cons: The only minor downside was that the bed mattress was thinner than we are used to, so we ended up in separate rooms." ~Simon

"Pros: Very nice position of the apartment close to the center of Corfu. Spacious apartment with 3 bedrooms and a large balcony with a nice view. A fully equipped kitchen(a hand mixer for cofffee was missing but ok) for anything someone might need to cook. Very suitable for a family. Had a spacious parking spot for any car also. Cons: The single beds are not suited for average height and build persons like you cannot move around in bed.I had to ask for the broom and mop that were locked in a closet in the balcony. The booking from the start was booked for 3 persons. I saw in the pictures 3 bedrooms that suited me and my 2 other friends so everyone had his own bedroom so we booked this. Suprisingly the owner informed me that the 3rd bedroom is for 5 people and told me that its in the description(it isn't as of now that i am writing this) and as i booked the whole place i want it without doors locked. The owner accepted my request and prepared me the room for us and it looked like he was doing us a favor. The same day 10 minutes after we left the property around 7 i got a call regarding something the owner had forgotten inside. For me once i am inside noone outside my friends gets in no matter what. You want to check the apartment and guests? Fine. Tell me. He got inside and took a book once we returned at 1.00 in the night. He was at the door just as we were getting undressed without me letting him know he can come over.This overall situation for me is more than unacceptable. Finally the check in and checkout hours are weird. Check in at 19.00+ and checkout 10-11(as it was once booked but changed afterwards to 7.00-10.00) with overall less than 12 hours if you book for a day. Again there he did us a favor and got us the room at 14.00 and let us leave in 10.30(he called me at 10.01 if he can come up but he was already out of the door one more time).I am obliged to keep the house intact and clean not to water any plants. Felt constantly that i am under surveilance and not safe inside the house. And no these ain't favors. I pay for the house and i want to be ok with the check in the check out and the whole apartment. Anything OUTSIDE is extra. These are the standards." ~Wildtiger190993
