"Pros: First, the house has everything one needs for a holiday next to the sea! To begin with, the pool area is really nice, there are sunbathing chairs, an umbrella and nice area for dining. There is a parking spot for the cars inside the yard. The house is on three floors and there are enough bathrooms/toilets. Cons: During our stay, we noticed that there was no mosquito net on the second floor in one of the bedrooms, which made evenings quite uncomfortable. The cleanliness of the property was below expectations – there were dirty areas, dust that hadn't been wiped, and the outdoor areas such as the table, flowers, pool surroundings, and the grill were not well maintained. One thing we especially didn’t like was the cactus in the yard – even a slight touch causes tiny needles to stick to the skin, which are very difficult to remove. This was particularly unpleasant for the children/dog. We hope these comments are helpful for future improvements. This is not something negative, but the house is not walking distance from Afitos, one needs to go by car." ~Ivona
