"Pros: The staff were incredibly warm, helpful and welcoming. I had written to them ahead of time telling them about my daughter being Coeliac and they went out of their way to ensure she was catered for. The breakfast was amazing: both generous and delicious. And the location is perfect. The building, rooms and amenities are worn and could do with a bit of renovation but it was all spotlessly clean." ~Sophia
