"Pros: This is one of the best hotels I have stayed in! The view from the balcony and hot tub is amazing. Imerovigli definitely has one of the best views on the whole island.
We visited in early May and the evenings were cool but it didn’t matter as we could enjoy the sunset from the hot tub!
The room is so spacious, with a comfortable bed and cleaned each day.
The breakfast on your balcony is delicious too.
Above all else, Tonia, and all other staff were friendly and helped with all requests promptly.
Cons: There are less dining and transport options in Imerovigli than other areas on the island. However, we did not mind as this made for a peaceful stay!"

"Pros: Arrived with two people greeting us to take our luggage to our lodging. This is important since the suites were further down (vs right up on the road). At Astra Suites, we were greeted with great service and complimentary beverages. Our room was upgraded without us even asking (shoulder season). The room was absolutely fabulous in all areas: cleanliness, character, and chic. Whenever we needed something, they were quick to provide us with amazing food and service. They provide a menu each day and we get to order whatever we wanted; the menu of options was the most extensive in all of our travels. For example, one morning we had coffee, hand squeezed orange juice, a WARM chocolate croissant, bacon and sausage, with eggs Benedict and pancakes with pistachio cream. THE VIEW WAS LITERALLY THE FAMOUS SKAROS ROCK. That was right out our window. We could have eaten at expensive restaurants, but why, when we had the absolute best service and food on our balcony? SO, for two nights we ordered room service and watch the sunset with incredible food, service and atmosphere vs eating somewhere else. I can't say enough about this place. Don't think you can get a better location on the island. TIP: Do NOT stay in Fira or the other side of the island! Imperovigli has so much charm and is not crowded compared to Fira and Oia. I am SO THRILLED we picked Astra Suites. It was very memorable."
