"Pros: Good. This is more of a serviced apartment kind of hotel, so there is no bar or restaurant, but then again who cares since it really is a simple walk to the boardwalk. The room was simple and reminded me of the 1990s when I would island hop with the wife. There was a small kitchen, but I did not really focus on that. I learned long ago not to stay in the middle of the town in the summer, it is much too noisy far into the early morning, so this being only, like, a less-than-10 minute walk from the boardwalk is good. There is off-street and on-site covered parking, which is much appreciated since we were on motorcycles. Cons: I would stay at this hotel again, but there are a couple of quirks to keep in mind. Arrival: - the host will ask for arrival time -- make sure to call hime at least 1 hour before arrival to give them enough time to get there since they seem to live in Igoumenitsa The bathroom: - the shower stall is small and no matter what you do there will be water on the floor, so be careful you do not slip - the medicine cabinet in the room I was in is built directly low and above the small sink, so if you are a drooler when you brush your teeth (like me) then you will alternately awkwardly stick your face into the sink then bang the back of your head on the cabinet, or (again like me) bang your forehead on the cabinet, miss the sink, and drool on the floor." ~Alexander
