Very friendly and helpful owner, always available for any question you might ask. Ideal for a couple using it as a base to visit as many places and attractions in limited time span. "Pros: I enjoyed staying in an entire apartment with two bedrooms, a living room, a full kitchen and a bathroom. It was air conditioned in the living room which help cool down the whole place. Each of the bedrooms had a standing fan, which was great! The host decorated so nicely. If you like a taste of the Heraklion culture, this is the place to stay! I just loved Crete and the stay here was well worth it. Cons: Loved it all… especially the hosts! They greeted us and made sure we had a place to park even though it was around 10:30pm." ~Helen
