"Pros: I had all the key collection instructions sent to my mobile and it was very straightforward. Excellent communication with the owner of the property or someone who was looking after it. They were all very helpful. Unfortunately, the weather wasn't great when we arrived and the air conditioning wasn't working. It was very cold in the house, especially in the basement. A company was sent to fix it however they were not successful so we had some heaters sent straight away for each room and extra blankets for our beds. Bottle of wine and traditional Christmas cookies were waiting for us when we arrived which was really nice.
Cons: It would be great to have washing up liquid or at least 1 tablet for the dishwasher which I am not sure was working, just for the first use as we arrived on Christmas day and could not go shopping straight away. Also, the gym equipment wasn't working but when I told the owner, he said he would send someone to fix it, however, we did not need to use it."
