"Pros: We had an amazing stay in this house! Nikos, the host, is very friendly and welcoming, always ready to help and his family is also very nice. They host a Wednesday barbecue night which is a must experience, we had a lot of fun learning greek dances. Also, the homemade raki with honey is a must try.
The house looks just like in the pictures and you can come with a group of friends or with your family as the house has 2 sections you can use. It was very clean and has everything you could need - dishwasher, clothes washer and dryer, clothes detergent and clothes iron.
The location is great as it is close to shops and restaurants (you have a decent supermarket 1 minute walk from the property) but also very silent, no noise from the city can be heard. The city center is also 5-10 minutes walk from the house. Near the house is a really decent parking space if needed. Also, the beach is maximum 10 minutes walk.
The nearest restaurant is the one Nikos and the family own, in the resort. The food is great and they also have special prices for breakfast if you are staying in the resort (the villa or the nearby hotel). The food they offer is also very good.
Cons: If you come to party Georgipoulis is not the place. It’s a town for families and for those who want to relax and chill during the stay."
