"Pros: The service by the property management team was outstanding. Anything and everything we needed, they were able to provide. From being able to have a significantly late check-in, providing us a food starter kit in our fridge, to immediately having even the smallest item fixed, the team were on it immediately. The property was "as advertised". Not one complaint on the indoor living or the outdoor living / pool area. The penthouse was amazing and the house had amazing amenities. Very private beach with very clear water - the beach chairs and umbrellas were great along with the paddleboard which the kids really enjoyed. Would suggest to bring water shoes as it makes walking much easier on the pebbles as you go into the water. Several options for food within a short drive of the villa but definitely suggest having a rental car. Overall, my family had an wonderful time and Villa Crystalia lived up to our expectations. Amazing job by Villa Crystalia team!! Cons: Really, there was nothing we didn't like. Everything that we wanted was available. Other than ensuring to having a rental car to get around, we have zero complaints." ~Chris

"Pros: Nice and quiet location close to the beach. Villa looks like on the photos Cons: The housekeeping prior check-in wasn’t done throughout. We had to clean the Villa ourselves to our liking and standards. Also not having stack toilet paper or paper towels by a host company was a bit inconvenient." ~Lukas
