"Pros: We were met by Akis who explained everything about the villa and offered to book excursions for us, restaurant reservations etc. We never actually utilized his services as we were already prepared on what we wanted to do during the trip, but appreciated his help and friendliness.
The owners (who we subsequently met on a couple of occasions and were very friendly and welcoming) had left us some welcome food and water on arrival, which was kind and appreciated.
Cons: Not much at all, it was a great place to stay!
Being pedantic there was some construction opposite which did cause some minimal inconvenience.
From what I could tell, upon completion I guess it might create a slight eyesore at the exit of the property, but I would think it will be minimal and there are three other sides of lovely vineyard and mountain views."

"Pros: Quiet and secure place, large space, full function facilities and kind hostess. The location is just about 10min driving from the ferry port. We really enjoied the stay and everything was just perfect.
