"Pros: The location and views were amazing. The hot tub and outside space was the huge draw for booking this hotel. The views of the caldera at sunset and the morning breakfast above the room was amazing with the views and breeze coming through the windows. The breakfast was the highlight of the morning for us. Delicious and lovely. Cons: The showers needed caulking and general maintenance. One of the showers were clogged so we only used one of them. The cots needed reworking. Maybe add some built in futon where the living room sofa is. A few shelves and storage hooks would have been helpful to hang coats/bags etc. More hooks for towels in the bathroom." ~Stephanie
