"Pros: The bed is soooooo comfortable, soft but with proper support. The view and location is amazing. Not too many steps to reception. There are flights of stairs to the room. King size bed. AC works like a champ. The staff are so nice and service is immediate, no waiting for anything. Breakfast was yummy on the deck. 24 hour front desk, which is not common. One of the best hotels in the area! Cons: The hot water decreases during peak times. Never gets cold just not super hot." ~Colette
