"Pros: Everything was perfect! Annie was so lovely and care. She got us cold bottle water, apples and snack bars in the room in case we got hungry when get there. The apartment was clean and smelled fresh. The view at night by the balcony was pretty and peaceful. It was an easy 10-15 mins walk to wherever we wanted. And Annie was very available for any suggestions that we got. We traveled without cash, she even waived the city tax for us. Will stay again when we come back. Cons: The only thing I didn’t like was the drainage in the bathroom was a little slow. But we didn’t just come to Santorini to enjoy the bathroom 😄" ~Tran

"Pros: The property sits on a hill, with views of the sea (opposite of the Caldera, you can see JNX airport and Anafi island). It’s nice to just sit outside of the room and enjoy the serene view. Because the property is on a hill, you will have to walk up and down. It will be something to consider if you have mobility issues. But Fira and Oia are on top of the hill so you will have to do a lot of walking up and down no matter what. The hotel is about 10-15 minutes walk downhill to Fira main square. The Three Bells of Fira and Caldera view is about 8-10 minutes walk uphill from the property. It is a spectacular place to watch the sunset, and is not very crowded. Our room was spacious and very clean, all the appliances are in good condition and works as expected. It was very nice to have a large bottle of water cooling in the full size fridge and have croissants in their welcome basket. There are plenty of outlets to plug/charge devices. There is a well stocked market steps from the property, a car rental place and another market closer to Fira Town Square. There are a few restaurants steps from the property, and more along the way, when you walk to Fira Town Square. Elisa checked us in and was very helpful giving us tips on where to eat, what to see, etc. Angeliki, the manager, went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed, helped us with transfers to and from the hotel.
