"Pros: Location is out of the little town of Pitsidia , i guess about 1.5 to 2 km.it is a very quiet location on a little travelled road but only 100m from the main Matala road. You could walk to Kommos Beach but it would be a scorcher in warm weather. Kommos beach is kilometres long and not nearly so crowded as Matala . Kommos beach is also about 2km away [my guess] . Views from Irene’s place are superb , surrounded by trees. Cons: not much , Irene is very attentive to her guests needs. As I referred to above an auto really helps. It wouldn’t be impossible without as there is , i believe a bus stop across the road." ~Richard
