"Pros: Iakovina is a first class host. She met us at the ferry, walked us across to the apartment and provided a comprehensive briefing about her property. The apartment is on the third floor with elevator, is in excellent condition and is very well located. It is spacious and very comfortable, with a good bed, an excellent shower, a washing machine and a well equipped full kitchen. The front balcony and rear terrace provide plenty of space for relaxing in the shade at different times of day. The location is great for watching ferries and other water traffic coming and going yet the double glazing keeps the apartment quiet for sleeping and relaxing. I will be happy to stay again if it’s available when we return to Syros.
