"Pros: Everything was great - location, facilities, design, cleanliness, communication! Cons: Very small things - the mirrors in the room were not convenient to put makeup on; bright early morning light is shining between the curtain and the wall" ~Farida

"Pros: Perfect location with amazing view of the port and backstreets of Chania with lots of shops and restaurants. The staff were very helpful. Cons: In the room there is a small window where sun comes in very early in the morning. Would suggest to change curtains to block the sun as the light woke us up. Also we could hear footsteps and the chat of other guests from the room above. Seems the bedroom was not soundproof." ~Anna

"Pros: Really loved the balcony from our room. You could see the entire port. Great for people watching and relaxing with my spouse. Would stay again. Cons: We were escorted by staff to our room, but we carried our own bags the entire way up quite a few stairs. At least an offer to help with our bags would have been nice." ~Andrew
