"Pros: Very clean and well equipped. Modern. Booked for 3 persons but 2 unable to attend due to family matters, so a solo stay. Had own outdoor area, 90% private. Also included area for hanging washing. Own parking area. Close to beach 15 minutes walk - note best in morning, early afternoon as much of beach in shade by mid afternoon. Property has a small/medium swimming pool. Basic grocery provisions close but better shops/supermarkets a 15 minute drive away. Some eateries close by. Cons: No public transport so a vehicle is essential. Major tourist sights and well known towns eg Chania, are on the western side of Crete, 2-4 hours drive one way." ~Kevin
