"Pros: The standard of cleanliness was exceptional. The cleaner was thorough and came in regularly. Except for the hill up which nothing can be done about, the location was very good. Cons: We asked some sensible questions via email with no response. We were issued with an invoice which I queried as we had already paid the full amount, and had no reply to this. Although we had notified our arrival time, the previous occupants were late leaving so the apartment wasn't ready - the cleaner was still cleaning. We didn't know which apartment we were going to be in so our taxi driver telephoned to find out. We were let in by the cleaner as she finished her responsibilities. When the owner came that evening she was very apologetic and explained what had happened. It would have helpful to have information available about the area." ~Neil
