"Pros: This is an excellent resort that exceeded our expectations. The experience was the ultimate luxury vacations with children at the age of 2 and 5. I have booked our accommodation a while ago and when we arrived at the hotel, the super friendly staff informed us for a free upgrade so we received a private suite with pool and garden. We were also allowed to brought our nanny with us with minimum extra charge. The breakfast was unbelievable, being served until 11.00 am, the rooms were super cleaned and every aspect of this hotel, which is quite challenging considering the amount of children it attracts. Facilities again exceeded our expectations with a local Agora, 3 or 4 different pools, 5 plus different restaurants, an aqua and a kids club. Cons: This is an excellent hotel with exceptional service for anyone who can afford the budget. The restaurants inside the resort are similarly quite expensive. They offer premium services." ~Olga
