"Pros: Everything was perfect! I have to thank the staff for the wonderful stay they provided. The hotel is very beautiful, it has a well-kept garden, a quiet and relaxing beach with clean water. It is a real paradise. The rooms are very clean and equipped with everything you need. Cons: As a suggestion, the menus should also be in English, all the information is in German. "Pros: The location of the property is great, few steps away from the beach which partially sandy & stoney. The property is well equipped and renovated Cons: The cleaning aggressive lady. The only thing that bugged us ( not just my family but other Scottish couple and British old couple ) is that cleaning lady. First time to have issue with staff in Acharavi and this is our 5th visit, started at first day when I met her passing and I told her hello we booked that room from that time and then she started shouting that no one informed her and that isn’t her problem!! I was shocked as I was standing with my 4 yo boy, I let it pass and we went for lunch and when we came back the room was ready so we checked in. I complained to the gentleman that I was communicating with prior our arrival, mr.Tasos who is really a very polite and nice man, and he told me he informed her and he apologies and wished us great vacation. 3 days later and based on the info. We got we were expecting sheets & towels to be changed. and before I approached the aggressive clean lady, I asked two old British couple in their 80s if they have the towels and sheets changed and they said yes so I went to ask the clean lady who got aggressive again, so I asked her to chill out and mentioned that the old British couple and the information we have states that sheets and towels will be changed, she started yelling again so I left. Next day, early morning I found that she was shouting to the old man, terrorising him and upset he told me she changes the towels and sheets for them!! I felt sorry for the old couple and for myself and for the aggressive British cleaning lady and for who hired here when she so traumatised as she is when the locals are very kind and nice smiling all the time. Wish never to see that British aggressive cleaning lady again, worst human I met in years!" ~Aly
