"Pros: The terrace was great! My room faced east to the water on the 2nd floor - so it got a TON of sun in the AM. The AC did work to help cool off the room but maybe ask for one on the 1st floor. Cons: Would be great to have additional blackout curtains. They should ask the town to perhaps install a speed bump around the corner as cars do come flying by." ~Jacinta
