"Pros: The location was perfect. Right in the middle of a pedestrian mall .The courtyard coffee shop had a lovely ambience a d was lovely for breakfast and light meals. The staff was polite professional and very obliging. It has been modernised but has alot of its ancient charm with lovely spaces and stairways and a beautiful painted vaulted ceilings Cons: That a taxi couldn't come directly to the door" ~Eugenie

"Pros: Best location. Safe and bear shopping. Cons: It was clean, but the bed sheets could have been freshened to smell clean. The kitchen could have used more fresh scented products. It did not feel clean. The space was fine two bedrooms with a kitchen. We used the fridge for water. The balcony was great to sit outside in the morning or after returning. And drying racks were helpful after the beach. Did not use laundry machines. I felt it was dated in decor and not a fresh clean smell. The bathroom smelled too. The closet spaces were good to organize your belongings. Extra pillows would have been nice Friendly service and found everything easy to open and property manager was very understanding and offered to help. Responded right away. Easy communication. First time in Airbnb used to 5 star hotels." ~Patty

"Pros: Great location, very responsive hosts, clean room. Cons: The room didn't have a window. The listing showed a lot of pictures from different rooms, and it specified there would be a garden view and city view. Instead, I got a view of the building in front, which was about 2m away. On a shorter stay I wouldn't have complained, but as I was staying for a week, I have to say it did affect my stay. The apartment didn't get enough light because of how close the building in front is. I did ask about it when I checked in, but they told me that was the room they had prepared for me. The apartment was not very equipped for long stays (cabinets were almost empty, the cooker/oven was a really old thing)." ~Federica
