"Pros: Has a very friendly and incredibly helpful staff , the apartment is Located at the heart of Chania, just one step away and you have already reached the touristy restaurants and lovely attractions within 3 minutes . The service was excellent, room is spotless, we have provided a welcome bottle of wine and delicious coffee in the morning with butter and biscuits. We had a comfortable sleep, noise free , very spacious apartment with comfy beds . To top it all we enjoyed the sauna and the great balcony with a view of the church tower ! The owner gave us regular tips and recommendations of what restaurants and beach to go to! Always going the extra mile to ensure a comfortable stay . We just had an amazing experience ! "Pros: It’s so quaint! It’s gorgeous and characterful. And the location couldn’t be better. And the little balcony just lifts you up and away from the crowds into your own private paradise (I recommend a nice candle and a bottle of wine). Cons: There was nothing to dislike!" ~Keith
