She provided all the necessary information, and on the final day, she generously allowed my parents to store their luggage in the apartment beyond the checkout time while they waited for me to pick them up. The apartment itself was immaculate, with everything in perfect condition. Additionally, the hostess gave helpful details about the free parking available nearby, which was a great convenience.
