"Pros: The view its nice, it's close to a rocky beach; it's next to the port and near by are a lot of taverns and shops. There is a nice garden, a/c in every room and everything that you would need for your stay. Cons: The place need some renovation. There is a little amortization here and there and the garden is not as good looking as at the photos. There is a fruit tree and its fruits attract a lot of bees. Two of the rooms lack sound privacy-if you put on the tv in the living room you can hear it in both rooms." ~Viktor

"Pros: This is one of the best accommodations in Nikiti. Close to the beach, bars, taverns. The apartment was on two levels. Downstairs was the living room equipped with everything you can think of and i can say exactly the same for the kitchen. The balcony was huge and it even has its own barbeque. The upstairs two bedrooms were amazing. Every room has AC and a flat screen tv, wardrobe and all necessary amenities. It has two bathrooms which is great for two couples. And yes, it even has some beach amenities, and a baby feeding chair. Amazing! Cons: Nothing, it was perfect!" ~Borce
