"Pros: A dream property. The view was absolutely breathtaking. The sea stretched out right in front of us, and we enjoyed peaceful, awe-inspiring sunrises and sunsets. The house is very well maintained, clean and fully equipped with all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. We had constant access to water, a fully kitchen and bright, welcoming rooms. The yard is a true little paradise: spacious, filled with olive trees and lush vegetation. One of the most charming features was the treehouse, perfect for the delight of children. The host was extremely welcoming and always ready to help us with anything we needed." ~Roncsik

"Pros: The house is big, you have free parking in the back yard. Oure apartment was in tha back of the house. When you enter, you have 2 rooms, 1 with terase and see view, and other with window, and 1 bathroom, then you have spiral stairs and upstairs you have 1 more bathroom, kitchen, table, and 1 bed wich is in that big room, without the door. You have another biiig terase upstairs with table and enough chairs. In the apartment you will find enything you need. Everything was clean, cosy, and 2 terase with amazing view at the see and sunset. Cons: Everything was great. You will have to go to Nikiti with car, the beach is near, but when you come bach from the beach you will have to go a little bit uphill, but It's like 5 minutes" ~Krstić

"Pros: Villa Stadi is a great, luxury-level home we got to stay and have a short vacation in. The pictures don't do it justice, the courtyard is much nicer and greener than we expected, and the view from the kitchen, living room and upper balcony is very nice, you can sit for hours, sip your coffee or beer and watch the sea, trees and just dream. Nicely decorated and airy. And there's plenty of space to open up boardgames, watch a movie (TV was great and a breeze to connect to for streaming!). The internet is excellent. The house is located VERY CLOSE to the Kastri beaches. The small Kastri beach one is a short walk away (3 minutes), half of it on a shaded pathway between two other properties. The beach itself is good, with sand sections, some shade from trees, but the host will provide you with chairs and umbrella if you wish so. Most important, there's few people on that beach, and that's in late July - Peak Season I believe. Our kids didn't want to leave that beach! A longer walk away - or a very short drive - is the large Kastri beach. That one is wider and more popular, but not crowded enough to be annoying. We liked it too, and it has slightly better sunset view :) 15min away by car is Nikiti town, with the marina promenade, plenty of bougatsa, and the charming Nikiti old town. This house works well for 2+2 family, but can accomodate much more depending on your sleeping arrangements and tolerance to heat. The two main bedrooms we used had very good air conditioning, the third one doesn't have direct AC but can be cooled with a ventilator. There are also two beds in a partially separated space connected with the living room and with direct AC. The house has one full bathroom, one half bathroom and a separate room with only shower (very useful!) All in all this is a great stay, and the host is so helpful and always ready to respond to questions and wishes." ~Dan

"Pros: Great location, all the best beaches in Nikiti are close, the property itself has all you need to have a nice, comfortable stay. We practically had all house for ourselves, it is very private place with a lovely backyard with pool, which backyard is also equipped with all the necessary stuff for a great outdoor barbecue while you are enjoying beautiful view on the hills. Cons: Wifi could’ve been much better, but the property manager really did all her best to make it work for us." ~Mitrovic
