"Pros: Property's location is convenient to everything within the city of Chalkida like bars, restaurants, and the famous pedestrian road of the town by the Evripos gulf. While the owner had seasonal deserts and limoncello drink waiting for us at the property when checked in. Cons: There're nothing that I didn't like." ~Panagiotis

"Pros: Looks like the pictures and amenities as described. Well fitted and very clean. Lots of toiletries. Hot water, heating and washing machine worked well. Easy to access with lock box. Good location. Wrap around balcony so always sun or shade as required. Good location, easy walk from train station, close to coast, good restaurants nearby. Cons: The main gripe was lack of communication prior to arrival. No reply to request for early check-in. No response to 2 messages via Booking.com. in the days prior to arrival. Started journey not knowing whether we would be able to get in the property. Finally tried ringing during the connection between trains. No answer on first attempt but picked up on second. Dismissive, just said would send check in information. Finally got it as arrived in town. In Greek, said could not translate. Fortunately we could translate it. Other minor improvements : no full length mirror, no large knives for preparing salads/bread. Shower does not drain well, no oil, vinegar salt or pepper. Washing machine hits side of it's cupboard when spinning, very noisy." ~Jane

"Pros: A very nice, cozy room, perfect for a quick stop and relaxation in between exploring the town. It is easy to find, and located near a long beach road, giving the opportunity to explore, as well as multiple good restaurants, cafeterias, and bars." ~Emmanouil
