"Pros: Admins reply pretty quickly (however not always helpful, but still). When we complained baby cot does not have any linens, admin arrived in a couple of hours to
provide it. WiFi worked well. The location is good, Barbati beach is one of our favourites, multiple good restaurants are within walking distance. Having washing machine available was pretty helpful. Btw in the washing room we found a relatively new but very dirty high chair which we were told was not available.
There is a feeling initially the house was designed to serve guests comfort, but at the moment nobody cares much to continuosly maintain it.
Cons: First of all, the villa is far from what can be called luxuruos. The photos are more or less accurate, but the photographer and the staging were really professional. In fact the house is not that bright and the lightning is not sufficient. Bathroom is the tiniest and the darkest I have ever seen (no light in wash basin at all!). The lamp in the kitchen hood was broken and having insufficient lighting around made cooking pretty tricky (I can see from previous reviews it's broken of a couple of months already).
Cleaning is way below expectations. We stayed for 9 days and the cleaning lady arrived once to change the linens and that was it. In comparison with other properties where we stayed, where full cleaning happens every other day, this was really unpleasant surprise. When we arrived the house was not super clean as well, a lot of surfaces were dusty and I saw hair that were not ours... Soap dispenser was leaking. When I complained to the admins, they said the house was cleaned before we came (well, I am sure it was, but definitely not as thorough as it should have been). The lounge area, the highlight of promo photos, is in terrible condition, pillow cases are dirty, noone would like to relax there, most likely they are not cleaned during the season. Also check in was extremely confusing - instead of providing clear instructions how to get from your designated car parking spot to the house you get a number of photos. We spent 15min with a toddler in our hands to find the front entrance and the key. This would never happen if we got a short video showing you need to walk to the right side path from your parking spot not to the left which is closer and looks more natural." ~Olga
"Pros: This is a very tiny apartment that is equipped with everything you need. There is a small electric stove, a fridge, a coffee machine, a kettle, and a toaster. The bathroom is quite cramped, but the shower cabin itself is spacious enough. The bed and pillows are comfortable, the linen is clean. We arrived at night and Petros was waiting for us. There was some food for breakfast in the fridge. Very nice of him. The beautiful Barbati beach is exactly one minute walk, which made us very happy. We arrived at the very end of season, so we always had local hungry cats coming to us for breakfast and dinner. It was heartbreaking. There is no option to have dinner inside due to lack of space. Therefore, it can be uncomfortable in rainy weather. Mosquitoes bite in the garden while you enjoy your dinner, so make sure you have a spray.
Cons: The golden rule of these apartments is that whether you are having dinner or just laying out your swimsuits to dry, always leave your keys in the lock from the outside. The door locks automatically, so you risk being left outside. Fortunately, Petros lives next door, but sometimes he may not be home." ~Oleksandra
"Pros: Terrace was great, so nice, providing intimacy with sea view. Great for spending time in the morning, for breakfast with family and evening for chill.
Cons: Toilet is quiet small, fine for one person but hard od you are with small kids which always what to be there with you:)" ~Nenad
