"Pros: Modern and well decorated and supplied. However nowhere in the listing or photos does it say the beautiful balcony and table and chairs are on the roof And require one to climb an outdoor spiral staircase. This needs to be specified for listing to be accurate and was a Disappointment. Cons: The beautiful outdoor space is actually on the roof and requires climbing a spiral Staircase …also many many stairs ..spiral inside stairs to the front door of the apartment. Mobility impaired people will not be able to enjoy this place. The view from The 2 bedrooms is not great and of the dilapidated building across the street with a tiny view of the water when one is standing. The neon pharmacy sign flashes all night long Outside bedroom 2. That being said we still enjoyed the apartment, its location, helpful host and amenities, but feel the listing should more accurately describe and disclose the reality of access and Views." ~Robert

"Pros: It’s a spacious, clean and well located apartment with a nice balcony. It was all in the details - having fresh fruits, cake, drinks upon arrival. Also to have the cleaner come to replace towels and bed linen during the week. Cons: If I have to mention something, the stairs to the 2nd floor can be intense with a heavy suitcase. Lovely & Convenience Apartment

"Pros: The apartment was perfect for me, and I wish I stayed longer! The large bed was comfortable, so was the sofa downstairs. Everything was very clean and nice. The apartment was equipped with more than I needed for my short stay, and had many thoughtful extras provided by the generous host: a large bottle of water, oil, spices, tea, coffee, salt, too many things to list here. Airy, luminous, and perfectly central, the apartment is on the second (top) floor (the second floor in USA is considered first floor in France) of a building just behind the Hellenic Post Office, just a block from the sea. Unbeatable location! Cons: For myself, traveling alone, the apartment was perfect. For other guests, the layout may need clarification: actually, there's only one proper bedroom, with a large bed. The second one is a single bed behind a trifold panel on the top stairs landing. In the bedroom, and in the bathroom, the ceiling slopes down, but after knocking my nogging a couple of times, I learned to duck 😁It must also be stated that the stairs might be too narrow for seniors, or people with limited mobility. As a suggestion, a light by the bed in the actual bedroom would be useful. Overall though, at 45 euro I paid for one night, this apartment was a bargain!" ~Decent
