"Pros: Great localization. First, one can take a direct bus to/from the airport and Heraklion. Then, it is 170 meters to the sea. Plenty of grocery stores. The place is quiet (only one evening there was a concert in a hotel nearby). Other than that, no noise from the street or people. Excellent wireless internet!!! There is a drying rack on the balcony. Also, there is a patio space. Great air conditioning in the apartment, and it is well placed on the wall. Good and comfortable bed. Cons: What could be changed: - No utensils for the microwave; something like a glass (better) or plastic bowl for cooking is needed. - The frying pan is very bad, it should be changed. What cannot be changed, but please be aware: - The bathroom has a small shower stall that can be closed with a curtain, but water still ends up on the floor. No worries, though! There's a drain hole and a mop to help with that. :-) - As is the case almost everywhere in Greece in summer, remember to take mosquito repellents with you (or buy them in local shops)." ~Yevgen
