"Pros: The hotel staff was super nice. They handle my family professionally. The beach was very close. The food of the restaurant was good quality, delicious and fill immediately the missing ones. The location is perfect, between the airport and the hotel (for 1.6€) there is a direc bus line (go through the old Town of Heraklion). From the room we have a lovely view of the sea and mountains. The beach was huge, you kac walk miles in the sand without any barrier. Near the hotel there are many gift shops, restaurants, supermarkets. Cons: The closest narov way to the beach was a bit dirty (but that is not a part of the hotel)." ~Gábor
