Cons: There were some bugs (we have killed several cockroaches), which is understandable, yet unpleasant. Not enough power outlets and existing ones look unsafe. Really old appliances (washing machine, dishwasher, fridge, cooking stove heats up forever - its 2023, please consider updating to induction stove), and no espresso machine (one for capsules)." ~Kamil
