"Pros: Great location with a great view, and spotlessly clean. We had an issue with no internet for a couple of days (not the fault of Panorama +) but Georgia who was part of the management team was very helpful in resolving it as fast as she could, and also in letting us have an early and late checkout, which was much appreciated. She also kept in contact throughout our stay (WhatsApp) to make sure everything was okay.
Cons: A couple of small things, like the bathroom that was very very small but the shower was excellent. No mirrors in the apartment, apart from the bathroom and my wife (like most woman and men) appreciate a full length mirror when getting ready. No door on the bedroom which was odd, and no blackout curtains, only a couple of old blinds that in no way blocked any light. The chairs on the balcony were very uncomfortable but we did notice others had newer nicer chairs so hopefully they are in the process of changing them!"
