"Pros: I had a very pleasant stay at Apartment Callas, which a few minor inconveniences couldn't take away from. The apartment itself is spacious and modern and thoughtfully appointed. Going as I did in winter, the many heating units were welcome and more than enough to keep the place warm. It is in a traditional Greek residential building, which like most of them could use sprucing up. But not the apartment itself, which is on the ground floor, making it easy to get in and out. Note that the building is a solid 20 minutes walk from old town, with plenty of pastry and coffee shops on the way to make the travel easier. But also note that street parking and driving in OT, even in off season, is anxiety-inducing as I learned, so best to avoid. I made a lot of trips outside town, so the apartment was an easy jumping off point for my car journeys. Jelena was very kind and accomodating, letting me check in early and offering a late checkout; and answering my questions and offering recommendations. She is very thorough. Cons: A bit of drab, multi-family building, and the immediate area around it is a relatively high-traffic spot, with the sidewalks stuffed with parked cars and bikes, making it difficult to navigate. "Pros: Everything, the location was fantastic, only 20mins walk into old town, 30 mins to get to a quiet beach area! There was a fairly big supermarket and bakery just 5 mins away. The flat had everything you needed appliance wise and the kitchen was well stocked if you wanted to cook. The whole flat was extremely clean and well stocked with towels, soap and washing up liquid. The flat was modern and well kept. The flat was only up one set of stairs and very easy to reach Cons: Just would have liked a photo of the building entrance so we could have found it easier but we did eventually anyways" ~Claire
