"Pros: Spotlessly clean room which was cleaned to a high standard daily. The location of the hotel is great, practically on the beach and close to all amenities. The breakfast at Kalhua Beach Club was fab and in a really great setting. It was nice to have clean beach towels provided daily too. We chose a suite which was large and spacious. Great to have a secure safe in the room. We used the pool area once which we enjoyed. Friendly staff.
Cons: The amenities were lacking for the cost of the room. We stayed 6 nights and didn't properly unpack due to lack of drawer space. The room has a Nespresso which is a great touch but were only provided decaff coffee. It would have also been great to have water in the room daily - there was one large bottle provided on arrival but not restocked. A wider selection of toiletries would have been good too as small shower gels and shampoos were provided on arrival but not restocked."
