"Pros: We were looking for a quiet relaxing place to wind down for 6 days and we found it at the Seaside Apartment. My favorite part was sitting on the terrace in the morning, having my coffee and the only sound I could hear were the waves 20 meters away. The location was perfect - very close to the village where there is a mini-market and numerous good restaurants. 10 minutes walk there is a sandy beach. Agios Nikolaus is a good starting point to explore the southern part of the Peloponnese. Our hosts were wonderful, warm and hospitable, and cared about our being comfortable. They welcomed us with a bottle of local wine. Cons: Because we were there for 6 days, it would have been nice to be provided with beach towels and to have had the towels changed once during our stay. It's important to know that throughout most of the Peloponnese (not the hosts' fault) the tap water is not drinkable. Therefore you need to have a lot of mineral water on hand." ~Joanne
