"Pros: We stayed at Mazis for the first time this year and loved everything about it. We have been frequent visitors for a number of years to Ag. Gordis and would say that our apartment is the best we have had.
We were welcomed late at night by Irene who took our baby on a tour of the garden, showing her all the flowers whilst we enjoyed a drink.
Our apartment was spotlessly clean throughout and the view into die for in the mornings and also in the evening after a long day at the beach.
We loved the convenience of the supermarket below. It was a huge relief when we needed essentials and was always fully stocked with high quality produce. Please try the apricots… they are the best I have ever eaten in my life. They also hold a wonderful Rosé wine from Sinarades which we highly recommend!
The pool is sensational. I do not think the photos do it justice in terms of ambiance. It is sat off the road but quiet enough that you feel out of the ‘hussle and bussle’. We spent the majority of our time in the baby pool with our toddler, who absolutely loved it.
The hospitality and cleanliness of our stay was second to none (as expected from the beautiful people of Corfu). This was our first holiday abroad with our little one, and will be looking forward to staying again.
Cons: It is a long walk up the hill from tavernas. I did feel like I may be getting fitter (?) after holiday.
If you are not accustomed to a strong walk I would not suggest that you stay here. However, we did meet a wonderful older couple who have stayed for years and feel that the hospitality and view far outweighs the effort up the hill!! We would also agree wholeheartedly!"
