"Pros: Atis is a fantastic host, friendly, helpful and a charming man. He has created a little gem of an oasis in Villa Ithaca and we will be sure to return. "Pros: All was perfect. Upon arrival we were already contacted by host, who kindly provided all needed information about the villa and about the neighbourhood. Also extra info, we were asking. When we arrived, Niko met us at the villa, was very welcoming, explained all in a clear and short way. They even had a welcoming snack and drink waiting for us. So so nice after long trip with small kids. Villa was very well equipped. We were two families (4adults and 4 kids + baby). There was enough room for everyone, room to enjoy together and room to be a little bit alone (several outside places to sit). Neighborhood was outside from the city area which we liked as we didn't need to worry about our kids making too much noise or just being kids. We had rental cars, so food store, beaches, city ... all was near by. And as a bonus for the kids, waterpark Limnoupolis was so close by (5min by car) that kids didn't even had a chance to ask "are we there yet?" :) Highly recommend Villa Pervoli, Niko and his family as a host to others. :) Cons: -" ~Pille

"Pros: We had a wonderful stay! The apartment was very clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The kitchen had everything we needed and more, and there were even toys for the kids, which was a lovely surprise. The host was very friendly, and always available for anything we needed. "Pros: Very nice property, great pool, well kept grounds, quiet residential neighborhood. Beautiful views of the mountains in the rear of the property and of the sunset on the second floor unit terrasse. Showers / restrooms near the pool we great And useful. This is a two units Villa, on two separate floors. This worked out well for our group of two families. Good communication with the host, with prompt response and took actions when needed. Cons: The units were not thoroughly cleaned for our stay. The shower heads in the units bathrooms were not working very well and hot water was hard to adjust. The queen bed mattress were hard and uncomfortable, to our personal liking. Internet connection was unstable." ~S
