"Pros: Very nice and spacious double-leveled house.
The owners seemed to have lived in the house previously, so once you enter you feel yourself as a dear guest and then as if you are at home.
Very nice neighborhood, if you like to walk, you'll find yourself a lot of opportunities.
The whole set of house commodities is at your service: food center (yes, it's a real food center with an ice-maker), drip coffee maker, kettle, oven, cooking pane, washing machine, dishwasher, grill, a nice set of board games, even kicker.
In-house sauna (at an extra price – electricity is quite expensive nowadays).
Very responsive owner: any time I would write a message I would get an answer within minutes.
A huge TV-panel on the second level.
Terrace.

A museum/store with an extraordinary set of local specialties.
Cons: The internet was unstable and sometimes seemed to be dependent on the weather (the mobile network coverage is generally a bit weak in the area).
The light in one of the bedrooms worked a bit odd, it seemed that the LED was not installed properly, and flashed.
Not as a disadvantage, but just as a warning: if you have a lowered car, the parking should be observed with care."
