"Zalety: Piękny ogrodzony dom, w pełni wyposażony. Wszystko co potrzebne jest na miejscu. Dużo udogodnień, klimatyzację w pokojach, kominek wraz z drewnem. Wyposażona kuchnia, duża łazienka, klimatyczny salon gdzie można wieczorami posiedzieć przy kominku. To wszystko w cenie. Spokojna okolica, do jeziora prostą drużką może z 50 metrów. Miejsce parkingowe na terenie domu ogrodzone. Wszystko na plus. Dobry kontakt z właścicielką obiektu. Miłym zaskoczeniem dla kogoś lubiącego poczytać jest nieźle wyposażona biblioteczka. Moglibyśmy długo wymieniać, ale wystarczy napisać że możemy z całego serca polecić Dom nad jeziorem.
Wady: Jedynym minusem są dość strome schody na piętro. Aczkolwiek inaczej nie dałoby się ich skonstruować. Nam nie przeszkadzały. Ale w przypadku starszych lub małych szkrabów mogą stanowić trudność. I to jedyna rzecz na malutki minusik. Cała reszta na mocny plus."
