"Pros: this vacation rental is super budget-friendly, clean, spacious and has almost everything you need in the kitchen including dishwashing liquid/ sponge /paper towels/ kitchen towels.. tv has Netflix.. door locks can be accessed digitally or with physical keys.. location is city-center so restaurants/ atm/ pharmacy/ shopping centers/ supermarket / even Wernigerode Castle are within walking distance.. parking in the garage is free.. bed is comfortable and big.. bath towels & hair dryer are available.. plus host is very easy to reach by phone
Cons: hot water from the shower and kitchen was a bit tricky to regulate but you‘ll figure it out"

"Pros: The Hotel is well situated in the centre of Wernigerode. The staff were welcoming and friendly. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was very good.
Cons: There is almost nothing to criticise except it would have been nice to have had coffee in the room."

"Pros: This hotel has been redecorated / refurbished recently, everything is so clean, so tastefully furnished, shower fantastic, bed comfortable. I arrived a little later than check-in due to DB trains putting me 2 hours behind schedule, but that was n9 problem for the staff. I didn't eat in the restaurant because I was too tired but the menu looked very good value. There is a cheap on-site sauna. Beer garden. The breakfast is one of the best I've had in ages with so much choice and the server is just too good and too happy for that time of the morning! I stayed in 2 rooms and the quality was consistent. The hotel is less than 10 minutes walk from DB and HSB teain stations.

"Pros: The location is right on the high street, so all the shops, restaurants and bars are 5 to 10 mins walk. The apartment was very comfy with a nice living area, large screen TV and a veranda to sit on for breakfast. Comfy beds and large bathroom. It was very private and quiet. We particularly liked the secure off road parking for our motorbikes which was accessed through a pretty garden. Definitely would stay here again. It was good value.
Cons: The wash basin in the bathroom was very small and shallow and to be honest, made getting washed in the morning a bit of a faff. The single bed, although a standard width, was quite short. My son is 6ft and his feet hung over the end by about 4 inches. Luckily we used a spare quilt to put over the bottom board so it didn't hurt his ankles."
