"Pros: This is a truly lovely and peaceful place to stay. It is located along a short track away from other properties in the middle of woodland. The property is beautifully furnished and offers everything that is needed for a short or longer visit. We felt very much at home during our stay and would love to stay again in the future. We would also recommend the restaurant in Sommerau, which serves an excellent range of Italian food. Cons: Our GPS directed us to the property from the opposite end of the road that leads up from Sommerau. In the dark and shrouded in fog, we initially struggled to find the track that leads to the property. It's much better to follow the owners' directions (!)" ~Tom

"Pros: I love the location - away from the city but at the same time well connected via a bus line and very close by car. The view of the nearby hills and towns was amazing and if you're into bird spotting or photography - you're in for a treat! Lots of birds of prey flying around the area! The apartment itself was very well equipped and I could enjoy cooking at home almost every day. When the weather is good, the table and chairs on the porch outside are a wonderful place to enjoy your meal while taking in the view and serenity of the place. Cons: I liked everything. But if I have to be super critical - it would have been nice to have a washing machine although it's not a real problem since the owner can take your clothes and wash them for you and there is also a public washing/drying station near the University." ~Petrolhead
