"Pros: Breakfast is very good, the bed comfortable. Cons: I’d like to share my experience with the service, as it left me with mixed feelings. We booked a room with dinner included, which was served from 6 to 8 PM. Unfortunately, we got stuck in traffic and realized we’d be late, so we called the hotel to inform them. I don’t speak German well, and the lady at the reception didn’t speak English. She insisted that no one in the hotel spoke English and that dinner ended at 8 PM, after which we wouldn’t be able to eat. It felt like she wasn’t interested in helping us or being friendly. However, when we arrived, we were welcomed by a very friendly gentleman with long hair who spoke excellent English. He sorted everything out quickly and efficiently and even arranged dinner for us. So we can’t say that the staff was unhelpful; from the moment we checked in, everything was perfect. The breakfasts were also very good. The only issue was the lady answering the phone, who managed to spoil our mood before we even arrived." ~Yevgeniy
